United Kingdom: All UK deliveries are managed through our dedicated UK store. Please visit www.decormania.co.uk for orders and delivery information.

United States & Canada: Delivery is available for select products. Shipping fees and times will vary depending on the destination.

Other Countries (Outside EU and US): We may offer delivery to other countries on request. Please send us an inquiry, and our team will confirm if delivery is possible and provide a customized shipping quote.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Courier Delivery: For smaller and lighter items, we use trusted courier services such as DPD, FedEx, and GLS. Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Pallet Delivery: For larger, heavier, or fragile items (e.g., concrete panels), we use palletized delivery via professional logistics partners such as Raben, SUUS Rohlig, and DB Schenker. Delivery times are typically 5 to 8 business days.

Express Shipping: Express delivery options may be available for select destinations at an additional cost. Contact our customer support team for details.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Full Insurance on All Parcels

All shipments are fully insured, providing complete coverage for your order during transit.

5. Delivery Requirements

Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Damage Reporting: Any visible damage to the packaging must be inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.

Please document and confirm any issues with the driver before signing the delivery confirmation.

Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may affect claims or replacement eligibility.

6. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Custom or large orders may require additional processing time.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged:

Claim damages direct to driver before leaving signature. Our customer service team will receive the information from shipping company and will start your claim

Provide photos of the damage and the signed confirmation with the delivery driver.

We will resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or reimbursement.
